Our empowerment team is dedicated to connecting trained youths with employers to help them secure jobs or start their businesses. We believe that employment opportunities will enable our beneficiaries to contribute positively to their communities and society’s progress.
We Equip
With donations and funding from great minds and big hearts, we are able to equip our beneficiaries, with the right equipment to kickstart their own career.
We Strengthen
We also provide counseling and mentorship services to help our beneficiaries build their confidence and self-esteem.

At Adullam Youth Development Initiative, we care for young people who have no foundation to build upon for the great value they possess within themselves.
The power of the youth cannot be overstated or underestimated. We hope that every person that goes through our program can become of great positive impact in their environment.
The fundamental conviction that every young person can be a force for good is embodied in that hope.

As the popular saying goes "The youths are the leaders of tomorrow " A society where the youths are unable to unlock their full potential to yield great value is bound to lead to chaos.
We as an organization, understand that the future is the hands of the younger generation and our goal is to aid the youth in maximizing their potential for greatness which will serve as a positive impact in their society and an inspiration for generations to come.
